1. Appointments & Cancellations
We operate on a pre-booked and walk-in basis.
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment.
No-shows or late cancellations may be charged the full service amount.
2. Payment & Pricing
All prices are inclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise.
We accept cash, card, and contactless payments.
Promotions cannot be combined unless stated.
3. Liability & Client Responsibility
The Glo Co will not be held liable for any adverse reactions, including but not limited to skin irritation, burning, or discomfort, resulting from the use of sunbeds, red light therapy, or any other treatment offered.
It is the responsibility of each client to ensure they are medically fit and suitable for the treatment booked.
Clients must follow all provided safety guidance, wear protective eyewear, and adhere to recommended session durations and frequencies.
By attending your appointment, you confirm that you understand and accept these risks.
4. Right to Refuse Service
We reserve the right to refuse service for any reason, including inappropriate conduct or medical concerns that may affect treatment safety.
